Health & Safety
We take a proactive attitude to health and safety
Laying flooring may well not be the biggest risk on site but we take a proactive attitude to health and safety – consistently putting it at the forefront of everything we do. This makes sure that as well as getting the job done perfectly and on time, we get it done safely too.
Our contracts managers are responsible for health and safety on site. They carry out site visits, spot checks and provide expert advice to maintain our H&S policy. They make sure that the areas our teams are working in are completely safe and strictly enforcing the wearing of appropriate PPE to meet site rules and task-specific risk assessments. We look to use non-hazardous materials in every instance. All site staff and operatives are trained in safe working practices and carry CSCS cards.
Our contracts managers will produce Health & Safety statements, risk assessments and method statements.
